Would you, please, explain why for the opened sections of the route there is a speed limit for 50 kph? It is obvious, that nobody will go 10-20 km of excellent road with such speed. But for unscrupulous traffic policemen it is an excellent possibility to fill up their purses. Speed limit for 90 km could be more logical, if it is required to limit the speed.

How do you do! Our enterprise KSC (Almaty city) has arranged production of water filled Plastic Road barrier. Where can I apply to and discuss the use of such barriers for the Project “Western Europe – Western China”?

I have three questions:

1) We are electric assembly company — electric assembly works, lighting, and supply of lighting appliances. We would like to participate in the Project, your tenders. How can it be implemented?
2) As I learnt from your website, road Almaty – Bishkek will not be widened. What do you think, will the traffic capacity of the road be sufficient, especially where it becomes narrow (road section Uzunagach - Kordai)?
3) Why they pave coarse cold asphalt over good new asphalt for the route Almaty – Bishkek, road section Akterek - Kordai?

In the beginning of February I evaluated land plot with the right of lease for 49 years for the state needs. While collecting right establishing documents it was revealed that the owner has the decision of the court, dated from 2001, for the right of provision that land plot as private property. After that I have made evaluation of the market cost, and also have written a letter to the Procurator’s Office, regarding clarification of the right for use. Court trials were conducted as the owner has submitted lawsuit to the court. Procurator’s Office in association with Akimat passed a resolution, that the owner has the right for lease for this land plot, and wins the court after 5 months, and the court decision is that this land plot is a private property. My question is: How will it be correct from legal point of view to acquire land, in accordance with a new Act “About state property” or to refer to the Act of that period? If so, then what justification for acquisition should be. None of the lawyers could give proper interpretation. I hope for your help. Thanks in advance.
