Would you, please, explain why for the opened sections of the route there is a speed limit for 50 kph? It is obvious, that nobody will go 10-20 km of excellent road with such speed. But for unscrupulous traffic policemen it is an excellent possibility to fill up their purses. Speed limit for 90 km could be more logical, if it is required to limit the speed.

 Dear Make! Completion for Reconstruction of Transit Corridor “Western Europe – Western China” on the territory of Kyzylorda Oblast is planned for spring 2013. At present, aiming at the establishment of comfortable conditions for vehicles, for some road sections the movement is open under temporary scheme, along base course. Wearing course has not been arranged for these road sections, quantities in full value have not been executed for arrangement of shoulders, permanent road signs, guardrails have not been installed. Marking for carriageway has not been made. In connection with it, aiming at non-admission of road-transport accidents, the speed limit is introduced up to 50 kph. Speed limit for traffic will be removed after execution of overall complex for works, provided by design documents and contracts.
