The construction is continuing under Center – South, Center – East, Beineu – Aktau, Aktobe – Atyrau, Kapshagai – Taldykorgan, Astana-Petropavlovsk and Uralsk-Kamenka Road Projects with the road total length of 1,200 km. This has been said today by the Minister for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zheniss Kassymbek in his speech at the Government meeting.
“In this year, we started implementing new projects such as Kandyagash-Makat, Zhetybai-Zhanaozen, Kurty-Burylbaital, Taldykorgan – Ust-Kamenogorsk, Merke-Burylbaital, Kalbatau-Maikapshagai, Usharal-Dostyk, Beineu-Akzhigit, Taskesken-Bakhty, Ossinovsky Pass, Shchuchinsk-Zerenda with the total road length of 2,500 km. During 9 months 177,5 billion Tenge has been disbursed under the projects implemented, and 75 thousand people involved”- Zheniss Kassymbek noted.
The Construction Contracts are planned to be made by the end of this year for the following 5 projects: Aktobe-Kandyagash, Atyrau-Astrakhan, Uzynagash-Otar, South-West bypass of Astana city, Kosstanai-Denissovka of 700 km total length.
“By the end of the year it is planned to complete works on 602 km and open the roads: Astana-Pavlodar – 232 km, Beineu-Aktau – 230 km, bypass of Kordai – 40 km, Uralsk-Kamenka – 50 km, Aktobe-Atyrau – 26 km and Kapshagai-Taldykorgan – 24 km” – the Minister said.
In this year the implementation of 22 road projects with the total length of 4.4 thousand km, including 15 new ones. For implementation of these projects National Fund, Republican Budget and International Financial Institutions as well allocated 356 billion Tenge where 143.5 billion has provided by National Fund.
