On 28 January 2017 seminar to the topic: Project Implementation and Administration under IFI’s was held in Transport Tower building. Seminar was organized by Project Management Consultant (PMC) KazDorNII in association with Sapa SZ for the staff of the Committee for Roads Ministry of Investments and Development of the Repubic of Kazakhstan. Representatives of JSC “NC “KazAutoZhol” were also present at the seminar. Mr. Kazi M. Hasan, Team Leader of PMC, has made the overall presentation of the topic; in addition to that, Kalkabayev Maxat, Deputy Team Leader, Tashmukhamedov Mansur, Financial Specialist and Ibraikhanov Sabit, Project Manager of PMC “Zhol Sapa” have spoken various items of the topic in detail during the presentation.

During one-day seminar the various items of the topic were: Project implementation, Procurement procedure, Supervision, monitoring and reporting of Progress, Responsibilities of the Parties to the Contract – FIDIC, Road design and construction specification manual, Contract payments checking and verifying for recommendation for payments, etc. Time was given for Questions & Answer session, as well as for tea/coffee break.

At the end of seminar, Certificate of attendance was awarded to all participants.
