Dear Kairlhan, according to Land Code of RoK and Law of RoK “About state property” the Decree of Akimat of Ili distric of Almaty region shall be given about land plot acquisition for state need for reconstruction of “Kurty-Burylbaital” road with attached list of plots with cadastral numbers. After issuing of Decree within three calendar days the notification will be given to Owners affected by acquisition. At the moment the Decree has not been yet issued and Akimats are carrying out works in this direction.
