-  I have my own LLP on rendering transport services and construction. I have received the proposal from Subcontractor, engaged in construction of the road. I would like to know – whether it is violation if I will work with them under the Agreement; whether the Subcontractors have the right, as per their contracts, to employ more contractors. Who will accept the work from me: Subcontractor or Main Contractor? And how much is the top soil removal for arrangement of ground in compaction for 1 square meter?

- Under the conditions of the signed Contracts for South-Kazakhstan Oblast for reconstruction of road sections “The Contractor does not have right to sign subcontracts without preliminary approval of the Employer”. That is, all Subcontractors, based on recommendation of the Contractors, should be approved by the Committee for Roads. Subcontractors do not have right for execution of works, whereas they can sign agreements for freighting, lease of equipment. The cost of earthworks is different for all the Contracts, it depends on types of the executed works: width of the layer, category of ground, distance for transportation, compaction and other factors.
