- How do you do! I am interested in the matter, when will the construction of the road Horgos – Almaty start within the Project “Western Europe – Western China”? I also read, that it will be constructed on concession base, i.e. toll. Is that so? And how much will the approximate price for exit be? Thanks in advance!

- The project has been planned to implement on concession base, relevant competitive procedures have been carried out. The bid of «IMPREGILO S.P.A» has been accepted as the best competitive bid at the meeting of the Committee for Concessions on December 29, 2009. An agreement with the company has not been reached during continuous negotiations. The matter of possible financing of this section on account of loans of International Financial Institutions has been brought up..
