When will WE-WC section in South Kazakhstan Oblast put into operation completely?

Dear Serik, traffic in two remaining sections of "Tashkent - Shymkent" and "Shymkent – border of Zhambyl oblast” in South-Kazakhstan oblast is planned to open until the end of the current year, and the road furniture will be completed in 2017.
